1. Eligibility & Accounts

Certain areas of the Services require signing in with a Google or Microsoft account. Access to tenant, vendor, applicant, or staff areas is granted at our discretion and may be limited to individuals with an existing relationship to 8th South Management (e.g., an active lease, vendor agreement, application, or employment). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Services you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Submit false or misleading information in any application or form.

3. Applications & Leases

Submitting a rental application or inquiry through the Services does not guarantee approval or a lease. Any lease, vendor agreement, or other legal relationship is governed by a separate, signed agreement between you and 8th South Management (or the relevant property owner), which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 8th South Management or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8th South Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
