1. Information We Collect
- Contact information you submit through inquiry, application, or contact forms (name, email, phone, message content).
- Account information when you sign in with Google or Microsoft, including your name, email address, and profile image, as provided by that identity provider.
- Tenant, vendor, and applicant records we maintain in connection with leasing, property management, and vendor relationships.
- Usage data such as pages visited and general device/browser information, collected automatically.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our services, respond to inquiries, process rental applications, manage leases and vendor relationships, authenticate and authorize sign-in for staff, tenants, vendors, and applicants, and communicate with you about your account or our services.
3. Sign-In With Google & Microsoft
When you sign in using Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile image) from that provider. We use this solely to create and authenticate your account and to determine what parts of our services you may access. We do not post to your Google or Microsoft account or access your files, contacts, or calendar.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, database, email delivery, and background-check providers), or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
